The fun and engaging course covers all the key things you need to know to build good relationships with the customers. Lots of work on communication skills including;

- Questioning skills – how to use good questioning to steer the conversation
- Directing the conversation – we’ll show you an easy 2 stage technique to stay in control
- Expression, Energy & Emphasis – how the first 6 words tell you more than 40 things about someone.
We show you how to communicate in a way that makes people want to deal with you. How to build great rapport. We’ll point out the pitfalls, and we’ll discuss our experiences and views on exceptional and awful customer service.
We show you how your listening skills don’t work in the way you think, and how to build good rapport with some great questioning techniques. We also cover dealing with difficult customers, and understanding the power of the human voice.
The fee is £399 +VAT per person, with discounts available for multiple bookings.
