Northampton one day workshop – How to win more business over the phone.
Following on from a 60 minute seminar How to make the telephone your best marketing tool I presented at Northampton Chamber of Commerce, I was pleased at the amount of questions and interest the topic generated. As a result I’m planning a 1 day workshop over the next few weeks in Northampton or Northamptonshire, about ……
How to develop new business over the phone
It will be a very interactive session, more workshop than training course. We will include some training work on call structure, how to construct your own benefit statements, dealing with objections and questioning skills.
Nevertheless the day is intended to give you the opportunity to build your own call guide, your own benefit statements and decide on your best approach to making your own calls. Chances are you run your own businesses. So we won’t be TELLING you what to say, or how to run your business, but you will have a fantastic opportunity to get some ideas from others in the room about what may work for you. In return you’ll be asked for your ideas on what may work for them. Quid pro quo.
Who this 1 day workshop is aimed at
The day is aimed at owners or managers of (most likely) small or medium sized businesses in or around Northampton, who either already do or who want to make more effective outgoing telephone calls to customers and prospects. We’ll help you identify who to phone, what to say, how to structure your call and how to store your call notes for next time.
A hands-on type of workshop working in groups – where you help each other generate ideas specifically aimed at helping you in your business.
The fee is £99 + VAT. This is mainly to cover room hire and for your lunch, plus teas and coffees, so clearly the more people we can get, the better.
So if you are interested in attending, please let me know via e-mail to email@example.com
