French teams customer service

As well as the ‘standard’ training for UK speaking teams, To Market runs training for clients who have UK based French speaking customer service teams. A client recently commissioned some training for a mixed group. Part of the team works the UK market. But there is also a French speaking team who contact customers and prospects in the French markets.

The French speakers said that they enjoyed the training process. They were pleasantly surprised that their pre-conceived misgivings about the course were frankly – wrong! Their assumption was that the course would be about the English way to sell, to English customers. They weren’t convinced it would work for them, apparently.

Interactive training
