To Market specialises in running 2 day in-house courses for clients across the Midlands and wider parts of the UK. There are 2 variations of this core course. Courses are run for both outbound and inbound teams.

  • Customer Service and Internal Sales – those teams dealing with inbound calls
  • Telemarketing and Telesales – those teams making outbound calls

Courses are generally run for teams of up to 6 at a time. They’re fully interactive and designed to be fun as well as useful. We get some lovely feedback. Have a look at what previous clients have posted.

There are exercises working in pairs and group discussions. Plus there are some recordings where participants get the chance to learn about their own feedback first hand.

Open courses

If you are looking for training but only have one or two people to be trained our public or open courses may be the best option. You pay per delegate. We select the venues – generally near the motorway network and with parking on-site.
