The second module in our bite-sized series of sales training modules is on Wednesday 15th July at 10:30 a.m.

You are probably very familiar with the features of your product or service. Your colleagues talk about them frequently. They’re probably listed on the packaging or on your website, or in the brochure. But it’s the benefits that sell. Your customers are motivated by ‘What’s in it for me?”

During this 60 – 90 minute session, we’ll talk about how to construct a line of logic which starts by you talking about the features, but which then moves through to talk about the advantages of this, and the benefit to Mr / Mrs customer.

Attendance for this one session is only ยฃ30. So it won’t cost you much money or a lot of your time. Hopefully what you’ll get back is something, an enhanced set of skills, which will help you in future conversations with your customers or clients.

We’ll make sure the session is practical too. We’ll come up with some ideas about the features, advantages & benefits of some everyday items, and we’ll also talk about how you can use this model to talk about some ofย your products or services. So it’ll be applied.
