This is important, but it’s benefits that sell. In this 60 – 90 minute module, we’ll guide you through how to use the process to be more persuasive. Your potential customer wants to know WIIFM (what’s in it for me.) Understanding how to position your features and advantages allows you to tee up the benefits.
During this module, we’ll talk about how to distinguish between advantages and benefits. It’s easy to confuse the 2. I’ll show you that benefits are usually based around just 4 things. And there is a beautiful symmetry to this list so it’s easy to remember.

Finally, we find that interactive sessions work best as they allow participants to relate the theory back to their own business. A short exercise will help you lock in your learning.
