Questioning is a key part of the communication process. Alongside listening it is arguably the most important of your communication skills.
In our hour session, we’ll help you build the questioning techniques that you need to build rapport with your customers. We’ll talk about what the 2 types of questions are, and we’ll help you understand what they do for you.
They each have a place and so you will come away from the hour with a clear idea of when to use each type. We’ll give you a model to help you build a good conversation with each customer. It’s all about the communication funnel.
We’ll introduce you to camouflage questions – and help you understand where they all fit in.
Plus we’ll introduce you to the TED technique to questioning.
Finally, we find that interactive sessions work best as they allow participants to relate the theory back to their own business. A short exercise will help you lock in your learning.
