You have the chance to sign up for our next one day sales communication course starting on Tuesday 9th June 2020. Although it’s a one day course, it will run over 5 Zoom sessions. Each one will be 60 – 90 minutes. We’ll cover many of the key things you need to master in order to develop great relationships with customers : over the phone or face to face. Delegate rates are reduced to just £99 for the duration of the UK lockdown.
Finally, we find that interactive sessions work best as they allow participants to relate the theory back to their own business. So we’ll do some short exercises together to help lock in your learning.
