This 1 day course is ideal for anyone who talks to customers on the telephone on a regular basis : reception, customer service, internal sales, sales admin, telesales, telemarketing and of course field sales.

This one day telephone skills masterclass will cover the major communication skills you need to create the best impression with your customers. It includes questioning skills, listening skills, mixed messages (why the message you send is not the message they receive) plus we’ll show you how the first 6 words you say to someone over the phone can tell the other person more than 40 things about you.

If you want more customers, and to develop more loyalty from the people you currently sell to, we’ll show you how. Get more customers, more often, who will stay for longer and spend more. We’re all aware that modern day customer service is about exceeding customer expectations and ensuring that we supply them with what they need : both products and solutions.

Fees for the one day course are £239 + VAT per delegate, although there is an early bird discount of £40 for bookings and payment received by 20th April 2016. So you pay just £199+VAT.
