Who makes sure your CRM has clean data?

Your CRM generally powers your marketing activity. But this of course means that what is in your CRM is of critical importance. Clearly if 20% of your data is dead, gone-aways or plain wrong, your conversion rate is immediately 20% lower than it would have been otherwise.
