Usually, the central franchise business will ‘sell’ places on the initial programme to the franchise owners, and then leave the individual businesses to commission additional services.

Payment

This can be set up on a monthly retainer basis where you effectively buy ‘credits’ from a pre-arranged total. This ensures that any programme can be tailored to the parts of the network that need it most. It also means that the investment is spread over (say) 12 equally instalments. Or if you prefer, you can simply pay-as-you-go.
