Many of you will be aware that To Market runs a series of 2 day masterclasses around the Midlands on telesales and telemarketing.
Well, since 2014 we now have the telesales mini-masterclass. Lots of wisdom squeezed into just 1 day. This will help if you struggle to release members of your team for more than a day at a time. Not ignoring the fact that it costs less too!
The fee is just £199 +VAT, and participants qualify to do the part 2 course 3-4 weeks later. Each delegate will get a wire bound set of notes and the fee includes lunch, plus teas and coffees throughout the day. Locations are usually selected to be the near the motorway network with no parking fees either!
This course – is run in locations across the Midlands and Eastern Counties to include Birmingham, Cambridge, Leicester, Northampton, Milton Keynes, Derby, Coventry and Nottingham.
During our day together, we will be addressing some of the key issues facing everybody making outbound sales and business development calls : so mainly telesales, telemarketing and business development. Our schedule includes;
- the Fundamentals of Communication – what makes people warm to you, or puts them off?
- the Power of vocal tone – how even the first 6 words tells them more than 40 things about you.
- Getting past the gatekeeper – some top tips from the group and from the trainer
- Structure of the sales call – We discuss how to open, benefit selling, how to spot buying signals, closing and dealing with objections. This structure helps you navigate your way through the sales call.
