Telephone techniques and telephone skills are covered by focusing on verbal communication skills. Topics include listening skills, objection handling, questioning skills to identify needs, mixed messages (why the message they receive is  not necessarily the one you send), directing the conversation, vocal expression, energy and emphasis and the structure of the sales call. Additional modules can include getting past gate keepers and applied objection handling.
