Alan has joined us, responsible for new business development. He is also a trainer with more than 20 years experience, having been running his own successful training consultancy for more than 14 years. He is a specialist in the travel industry, but he has also worked with such clients as Toyota, AXA Insurance, and Vauxhall. He runs programmes for telephone sales, customer service and management.
Sandy is the third member of the team, who runs the office, makes a fine cuppa, sends out the e-mails and generally makes sure that nothing gets forgotten !
