We spend 2 lively days running an engaging, highly interactive course to help you get the most out of your management skills. We use discussion sessions, brainstorming, a couple of DVDs (one from a popular TV drama), and team exercises.

We cover all the key things you need to know to run an effective team : how to motivate your team, how to praise & reprimand, coaching, the responsibilities of a first line manager, how to target set and how to evaluate your team. We’ll also introduce you to the concept of power management.
